National and regional competitions are governed by Swimming South Africa competition rules, including qualification requirements, entry procedures, technical official requirements and competition-specific regulations. Swimmers, parents, coaches and Team Leaders should refer to the current rules when planning for competition.
The season calendar workbook also carries the EGA qualifying times for the 400m, 800m and 1500m freestyle and the 400m individual medley, the event ages for every stroke and distance, and the session programmes for the Winter, Summer, Championship and Last Chance galas.
