Who we are.

An affiliate of Swimming South Africa, responsible for swimming, water polo, open water, diving and artistic swimming across the Eastern Gauteng district.

Our vision for the district.

To make aquatics accessible, safe and rewarding for all, by nurturing talent, promoting development and inspiring excellence in every pool and open water space across the region.

We are a non-profit, volunteer-driven organisation working to grow aquatic sport through structured programmes, transparent governance and community collaboration.

At EGA, we believe every swimmer deserves a fair lane and every coach and official deserves recognition for their role in shaping future champions.
